Job Description
Dial is dedicated to creating a work environment where team members truly love the way they work. As a community-focused establishment, Dial stands out by fostering learning and growth opportunities from seasoned seniors who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. This company operates within the senior living and care industry, emphasizing a familial approach to resident interaction and quality of life. At Dial, the residents are considered family, and every team member plays a crucial role in enriching their lives by not only adding years but adding life to their years. This deep commitment to resident happiness and well-being forms the core of Dial's mission and culture.
The role available at Dial is perfectly suited for individuals who thrive in a restaurant-like setting but want the stability of steady hours and consistent income in a non-tipping work environment. The position offers a unique blend of meaningful work and favorable working hours, as it does not require late nights, making it ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance. Flexibility is a key component, with the necessity to work occasional weekends and holidays to ensure quality service is maintained. Working alongside a team that values collaboration, the job fosters a supportive and respectful atmosphere where employees can flourish.
In this position, candidates will serve residents meals, take orders, and ensure an excellent dining experience throughout all meal aspects. This is not just food service; it is service with a purpose, aiming to provide comfort and joy to the community members every day. The interaction involves addressing residents by name and understanding their food and beverage preferences, enhancing personalized care and engagement. Responsibilities include setting and resetting tables for meals, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of dining spaces by clearing and bussing tables as needed.
Dial also ensures employee benefits that promote well-being and growth, including birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance programs, holiday double pay, immediate PTO accrual, referral bonuses, free meals during shifts, loyalty incentives, employee recognition programs, and discounts on communication services. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life and AD/AD insurance, 401K plans, and flexible spending accounts for dependent care round out a comprehensive benefits package.
This position is not only a job but an opportunity to become part of a caring community where every action makes a difference. Serving at Dial means stepping into a role that blends hospitality, service, and compassion, with a focus on teamwork, professional growth, and community impact. Candidates who enjoy working with older adults and have a willingness to learn and grow will find this role fulfilling and rewarding.
