Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a dining room operations manager or successful assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage dining room operations, scheduling, and bar service
  • skilled in coaching, development, and performance feedback
  • proficient in POS systems and restaurant software such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, Compeat
  • strong organizational, time management, and guest satisfaction focus
  • able to maintain a clean, professional, and inclusive work environment
  • able to stand, walk for long periods, move quickly, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs
  • exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen, freezer, and bar environments
  • frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
  • able to read, write, operate computer and telephone
  • availability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling and guest service
  • coach and develop dining room staff to maintain high performance
  • manage bar and beverage cost controls effectively
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • lead shifts and delegate responsibilities as assigned by General Manager
  • handle hiring, discipline, and onboarding processes for dining room employees
  • facilitate the rollout of new menus, products, and promotions
