Mainstreet Ventures is currently seeking a Restaurant Front of House / Service Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing front of house operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with the company's high standards. The Restaurant Manager will oversee front of house and service teams, including assistant managers, ensuring smooth daily operations in an upscale dining environment. This position demands someone who is a polished professional with strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for adopting and upholding MSV’s operational standards. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings, with a strong preference for steakhouse experience.
Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing service quality, and interpreting recipes to maintain compliance and minimize waste.
