This full-time position offers a competitive base salary range of $74,000 to $141,000 per year, reflecting the responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and candidate’s experience level. Beyond salary, Fidelity provides an extensive benefits package that supports employees’ health, well-being, and career development. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, emotional well-being support, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, charitable giving match programs, and educational assistance, among others. The position typically follows a hybrid work model requiring onsite attendance every other week, fostering a balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
