The Fremont Senior Living in Springfield, Missouri, is currently seeking a full-time Dining Room Manager to join their hospitality team. This role requires strong communication skills in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level or higher, an energetic attitude, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. The position also entails assisting residents with mobility and ensuring safety, including post-fall assistance.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • previous leadership experience in hospitality preferred
  • must maintain food server permit as required
  • able to read, write, and communicate in English at an eighth grade proficiency or higher
  • physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • capable of assisting residents with mobility and after falls
  • must be criminally cleared
  • good physical and mental health verified by a health screening within 6 months prior or 7 days after employment
  • must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening
