The role of Dining Room Manager at Cecilia is a crucial leadership position designed for strong, experienced professionals passionate about maintaining high service standards and team engagement. The restaurant operates two shifts, from 7am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Experience in fast-paced, service-driven environments preferred

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations managing the flow of the dining room greeting guests overseeing service resolving issues and keeping things running smoothly
- Create memorable guest experiences making each visit special whether it is a casual brunch or a celebratory meal
- Develop and inspire the team coaching mentoring and supporting front-of-house staff building a culture rooted in pride respect and hospitality
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams maintaining strong communication to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain the atmosphere ensuring the space is clean welcoming and aligned with Cecilia standards
- Support the general manager assisting with scheduling training inventory and daily operations to keep the restaurant running efficiently
