Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced theatrical environment
  • capacity to stand and walk throughout most of the shift
  • ability to carry and lift up to 40 pounds
  • skill in organizing and planning
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • availability to work Wednesday through Sunday including evenings and weekends
  • willingness to perform hands-on duties and interact frequently with guests and staff
  • commitment to maintaining professional appearance and work ethics
  • ability to adapt to visual and auditory sensory stimuli such as bright lights and loud noises
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant floor operations both on the show floor and behind the scenes
  • oversee service staff throughout the show from guest arrival to end of show
  • compile staff and guest performance reports
  • complete nightly closing paperwork and duties
  • manage front of house staff scheduling including training hour for new staff
  • handle staff communications such as call offs, vacation requests, and schedule changes
  • monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and appearance during pre-show and post-show activities
  • collaborate with Director of Hospitality and Production Stage Manager to train and coach service staff
  • ensure exemplary guest experience and resolve guest issues
  • maintain front of house cleanliness and safety standards
