Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a server or hostess role
- minimum one year of supervisory experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to engage warmly with senior residents
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to coordinate events and manage a team

Job Duties
- Lead the Dining Services team in creating a resort-like dining experience for residents, associates, and guests
- hire and coach Dining Servers to ensure excellent hospitality standards
- greet and engage residents during meals to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- coordinate special community events and private parties to enhance resident experience
- oversee daily culinary and dining operations ensuring service quality
- collaborate with other departments to support overall senior living community goals
- manage staffing schedules and dining service logistics to optimize operations
