Job Duties
- create legendary first impressions by warmly welcoming guests and efficiently managing seating arrangements
- greet guests with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, provide menus, and ensure the dining room remains tidy and prepared for new arrivals
- manage reservations and coordinate seating to optimize dining room flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment
- assist guests with initial inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- support the team by communicating guest needs and dining room status
- contribute to a positive and organized dining experience for all
