Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome each guest as they enter the dining room
- make eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and create meaningful connections
- assist guests with seating, questions, and any dining needs throughout their visit
- anticipate guest needs and check in on tables to ensure satisfaction
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere in the dining room, play areas, and restrooms
- clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas throughout your shift
- empty trash, restock supplies, and promptly address spills or messes
- support overall front-of-house organization and presentation standards
- deliver meals to guests when needed, ensuring accuracy and care
- occasionally assist with front counter or register support during peak times
- communicate effectively with team members and leadership to keep operations flowing smoothly
- demonstrate adaptability and team-oriented work ethic every shift
