- Ability to maintain physical stamina for fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining room each shift
- Assist the front-waiter in cleaning, clearing, and marking tables
- Clean, crumb and reset tables for the next turn
- Maintain constant communication with the front waiter to assure proper clearing and marking
- Keep bathrooms clean during service
- Manage general upkeep and maintenance of the dining area
- Transport cutlery, plates, and glassware between service stations
- Polish clean cutlery for table settings
- Stock waiter station with polished plates and glassware
- Follow health and safety standards when handling food
- Attend training meetings to develop knowledge and skills
- Support service team throughout service
- Maintain menu and wine knowledge
