Job Duties

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining room each shift
  • Assist the front-waiter in cleaning, clearing, and marking tables
  • Clean, crumb and reset tables for the next turn
  • Maintain constant communication with the front waiter to assure proper clearing and marking
  • Keep bathrooms clean during service
  • Manage general upkeep and maintenance of the dining area
  • Transport cutlery, plates, and glassware between service stations
  • Polish clean cutlery for table settings
  • Stock waiter station with polished plates and glassware
  • Follow health and safety standards when handling food
  • Attend training meetings to develop knowledge and skills
  • Support service team throughout service
  • Maintain menu and wine knowledge
