Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
- food handling certification including ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
- must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
- able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for extended periods and move about property
- excellent communication skills
- punctuality and regular attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promptly take orders from guests
- communicate food allergies and nutritional needs to kitchen staff
- assist with delivery orders
- periodically check in to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist Food and Beverage Manager and Floor Supervisor with coordinating service staff
- address and escalate guest feedback or complaints
- ensure order accuracy and positive dining experience
