Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
  • food handling certification including ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
  • must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards
  • able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand for extended periods and move about property
  • excellent communication skills
  • punctuality and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
  • food handling certification including ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
  • prior food service experience in hospitality preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to treat all guests and team members with respect and dignity

Job Duties

  • Promptly take orders from guests
  • communicate food allergies and nutritional needs to kitchen staff
  • assist with delivery orders
  • periodically check in to ensure guest satisfaction
  • assist Food and Beverage Manager and Floor Supervisor with coordinating service staff
  • address and escalate guest feedback or complaints
  • ensure order accuracy and positive dining experience
