We are currently seeking energetic and hospitality-oriented individuals to join our team as Dining Room Bussers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and inviting environment of our dining area, ensuring that every guest encounter is pleasant and seamless. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sweeping the dining space, resetting tables with essential items like sauce caddies, removing trash, and restocking supplies such as ice for the bar area. You will also be entrusted with maintaining clean and stocked restrooms, which contributes significantly to our guests' overall satisfaction. By proactively pre-bussing tables and attentively checking with guests before clearing their dishes, you help sustain our high standards of guest service.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • no prior experience required as on-the-job training provided
  • willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
  • familiarity with menus and diverse product offerings
  • ability to stand and be mobile for up to four hours
  • physical capability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
  • strong communication skills and ability to listen attentively to guests and teammates
