Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- must be able to stand for long periods
- good interpersonal skills
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- basic knowledge of cleaning standards
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and prompt service
- pre-bus tables and ensure floor and table sanitation
- support team operations throughout the restaurant as needed
- assist servers with clearing dishes and resetting tables
- replenish dining room supplies
- monitor and respond to guest needs in a timely manner
- uphold safety and hygiene protocols
