Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • must be able to stand for long periods
  • good interpersonal skills
  • willingness to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills

  • physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of cleaning standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and prompt service
  • pre-bus tables and ensure floor and table sanitation
  • support team operations throughout the restaurant as needed
  • assist servers with clearing dishes and resetting tables
  • replenish dining room supplies
  • monitor and respond to guest needs in a timely manner
  • uphold safety and hygiene protocols
