Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no previous work experience required but valued
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods during shifts
  • ability to move and lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • ability to read and verify information visually
  • ability to follow safety protocols and company policies

Job Duties

  • complete closing tasks such as storing all reusable merchandise
  • dismantle merchandise
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • store equipment appropriately
  • lock refrigerators
  • restock items
  • turn off lights
  • lock doors
  • complete daily cleaning checklist
  • organize, stock and maintain work areas
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware and silverware before use
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by following a continuous cleaning procedure
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • maintain confidentiality of company information
  • protect company property
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team in achieving common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • grasp, turn and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees, bend, twist waist, drag and stoop
  • move on inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways
  • ascend and descend service stairs or ramps

  • answer phone calls using proper etiquette
