Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Must be legally permitted to work in the location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables, deliver tableware, utensils, and drinkware to the dish room to be washed
- Reset tables for the next service
- Assist servers in refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and removing service items
- Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room essentials
- Move tables and chairs to accommodate guests’ needs and large parties
- Wipe tables and chairs, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
