Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- at least 1 year of work experience in food service, retail sales, hospitality or closely related industry
- current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- experience with cash registers and basic computer systems
- capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness
- ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, holidays, and during special college events
- must pass applicable background checks
- must complete pre-placement physical examination
Job Qualifications

- associate's or vocational/technical school degree preferred
- current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Job Duties
- Pleasantly greet patrons and ensure order accuracy and timely service
- prepare sandwiches and wraps for the Fast Track line
- assist with prep work for lunch at Magee's Grill
- handle barista duties at The Café
- provide coverage at the Bowdoin Express Convenience store as needed
- follow proper food handling, stocking, and storage procedures
- take and record refrigerator/freezer temperature readings
- operate registers and computerized ordering systems accurately
- train new staff in register and ordering systems
- support kitchen cleaning and dishwasher operation
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and related documentation
- prepare end-of-the-day shift reports detailing Magee's sales and Fast Track counts
