Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2-3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal restaurant regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
- Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required
- This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
- Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Job Duties
- Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events
- Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
- Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
- Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant
- Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
