Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is prepared to perfection, monitoring cooking times, and checking the final details of doneness, appearance, and presentation
  • Deliver meals to the correct tables, ensuring every guest receives their order just as they like it
  • Support servers by optimizing the overall guest dining experience
  • Adopt a guest-first mindset, prioritizing the satisfaction and comfort of each guest
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to resolve any issues promptly
