Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and interact with diverse guests
- Must be able to handle cash and accurate transaction processing
- Capable of standing and walking for long hours
- Must maintain a clean appearance and adhere to hygiene standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and serve meals promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the diner
- Handle financial transactions and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive, and accommodating service to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order delivery
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist customers
- Contribute to a positive and safe work environment
