Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- take and accurately record food and beverage orders
- deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- handle customer payments and process transactions
- maintain clean and organized dining areas
- provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
