Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work 20 to 28 hours per week including weekends
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to prepare and serve meals according to therapeutic diet guidelines
- capacity to handle food safely and hygienically
- empathy towards older adults
- willingness to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or dietary roles preferred
- strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
- ability to work effectively with older adults
- basic knowledge of therapeutic diets
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare and serve therapeutic diet meals to health center residents
- set up trays and serve meals in the health center dining rooms
- prepare snack items and food requests for special events
- interact empathetically and understandingly with residents and staff
- maintain exceptional service standards
- support the dining team in daily operations
