Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain Fingerprinting Clearance Card
- Successful background screening and drug testing
- Tuberculosis testing
- Employee health screening after hire
- Ability to move, lift, and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Job Qualifications
- Dietary Manager Certification where required
- Food Handler's Permit in required counties
- Experience in dietary management in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to comply with healthcare regulations
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Manage budgeting for the dietary department
- Oversee purchasing and storage of food supplies
- Supervise preparation and service of therapeutic meals
- Ensure accurate dietary documentation and resident care plan coordination
- Schedule and supervise cooks and dietary aides
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Team
