A significant responsibility of the role is taking meal orders from residents and guests, ensuring that each dining experience is pleasant and tailored to individual preferences. In addition to meal order management, the position involves coordination with the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Executive Chef to integrate resident dietary needs into the Nutrition Management program. The role includes preparing and printing meal production sheets and tickets as well as updating daily menus for dining rooms to ensure clear communication of meal offerings. Beyond administrative tasks, this role requires active participation in serving food and snacks that adhere to portion control, sanitation standards, and overall quality guidelines.

Working at WellBridge of Novi means joining a team committed to delivering excellent, passionate, and innovative care through food. The facility promotes a culture of positivity and teamwork, providing employees with growth opportunities like tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per year and unlimited referral bonuses up to $1500 per referral for recruiting new team members. Additional benefits include a 401k plan with employer match, holiday pay covering seven paid holidays, and supportive leadership focused on employee well-being.
