The Ashford at Sturbridge, part of the Wallick Senior Living family, is currently seeking a full-time Server to join their team. As a Server at The Ashford at Sturbridge, you will be responsible for serving meals to residents in the dining room while adhering to proper table etiquette. Your duties will include handling meal requests during service, setting up and cleaning the dining room before and after meals, maintaining the juice bar, and ensuring an adequate supply of utensils and beverages. This role emphasizes attention to detail, timely service, and compassionate interaction with residents to foster a welcoming dining atmosphere. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous waiter experience preferred
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks involved with serving
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Duties
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service
- Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service
- Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents
- Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents
- Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned
