Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and carrying
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • provide attentive and personalized service to our residents anticipating their needs and preferences
  • assist with meal preparation including setting tables serving meals washing dishes rolling silverware and ensuring presentation meets our high standards
  • maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen area adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • foster a warm and inviting atmosphere engaging with residents and building meaningful connections
  • collaborate with our culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish
