Food Handlers Card - Washington required
Basic computer/keyboarding skills required

Job Duties

Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and carousel
Assist in assembly of patient food trays on tray line
Deliver and retrieve patient food carts to patient floors
Deliver floor stock to patient floors
Stock small wares in cafeteria server
Check and record dish machine temperatures in HACCP log
Perform other duties as assigned
