Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food industry settings

Job Duties
- Provide hospitality to our Alimentari guests
- check orders for accuracy and serve as liaison between guests, servers and back of house staff
- expedite and deliver food to tables efficiently
- support servers and bartenders with front of house service
- assist back of house team with organization and accuracy of orders
- serve high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production kitchen departure times
- follow proper handling, preparation, and holding guidelines
- assist in maintaining foods in sufficient quantities while minimizing over-production and waste
- understand and follow all policies and standard operating procedures for the back of house
- work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
- demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members
- assist to meet performance goals set by the Managing Director of Culinary, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef
- ensure safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery
- attend daily briefings and safety meetings
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- additional duties as assigned
