Job Duties

  • Provide hospitality to our Alimentari guests
  • check orders for accuracy and serve as liaison between guests, servers and back of house staff
  • expedite and deliver food to tables efficiently
  • support servers and bartenders with front of house service
  • assist back of house team with organization and accuracy of orders
  • serve high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production kitchen departure times
  • follow proper handling, preparation, and holding guidelines
  • assist in maintaining foods in sufficient qualities while minimizing over-production and waste
  • understand and follow all policies and standard operating procedures for the back of house
  • work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
  • demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members
  • assist to meet performance goals set by the Managing Director of Culinary, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef
  • ensure safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils and machinery
  • attend daily briefings and safety meetings
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • additional duties as assigned
