The role of Bartender at Alimentari constitutes a pivotal component of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. This role involves delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting beverages that meet high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with guests to provide a memorable service experience, ensuring order accuracy, and collaborating seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff. Beyond mixing and garnishing drinks, the Bartender plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations of both front of house and back of house service areas. Responsibilities also include expediently delivering food items, supporting teammates, and adhering to strict handling, preparation, and sanitation guidelines. Working as a Bartender at Alimentari requires strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end culinary setting. - Experience with RAMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of basic beer, wine and liquor pairings
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a high-end culinary environment

Job Duties
- Provide hospitality to our Alimentari guests
- Check orders for accuracy and serve as liaison between guests, servers and back of house staff
- Craft, mix and garnish alcoholic beverages according to company standards while responsibly waiting on guests
- Expedite and deliver food to tables efficiently
- Support servers and bartenders with front of house service
- Assist back of house team with organization and accuracy of orders
- Serve high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production kitchen departure times
