The Aircraft Cabin Agent position at ABM is a vital frontline role focused on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the safety and security of aircraft cabins. This role is particularly suited for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, including those with limited professional experience or formal education. The Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas within aircraft cabins, which includes seats, tray tables, overhead bins, and lavatories. In addition, agents are tasked with vacuuming carpets, wiping down hard surfaces, removing trash and debris, and restocking essential supplies such as paper products and soap.

In adherence to company, client, and regulatory standards, the Aircraft Cabin Agent must follow all applicable airline and TSA safety and security procedures, including conducting safety searches of the aircraft. This role demands efficiency and exceptional attention to detail, as agents work under tight turnaround times between flights to prepare aircrafts promptly. The position offers consistent morning shifts with start times ranging from 5 am to 7 am, and works until the early afternoon. The hourly pay rate is $12.50, with weekly salary payments. Specific offers may vary depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographical location.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in janitorial custodial or general cleaning roles is a plus
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • familiarity with cleaning chemicals equipment and safety standards
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins including seats tray tables overhead bins and lavatories
  • vacuum carpets and wipe down hard surfaces
  • remove trash and debris from seat pockets and floors
  • restock supplies such as paper products soap and seat pocket items
  • follow all airline and TSA safety and security procedures
  • report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
  • work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights
