Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative procedures and systems
- Oversee office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems both electronic and physical
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff
- Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks as needed
- Handle inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
- Provide high-level support to the Accounting and Administration department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
