Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a dish room or similar environment preferred
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills

Must be willing to work in a stressful, time oriented work environment
Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
Comply with all work rules and regulations
Must be able to carry and lift 50+ lbs
Must be able to push/pull up to 50+ lbs for 500 ft
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire work shift
Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment
Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities

Job Duties

Maintaining all dish room equipment through cleaning and sanitizing
Sorting dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs
Complying with all work rules and safety regulations
Carrying and lifting dishes and equipment up to 50+ lbs
Pushing and pulling items up to 50+ lbs for 500 ft
Standing, bending, lifting and moving intermittently during an 8+ hour shift
Working in a fast-paced, high stress environment with changing priorities
