Job Duties
- Provide professional, friendly service to customers in an office environment
- provide clerical and office support to fellow employees
- greet incoming visitors and direct them to the proper individual
- answer a multiple line telephone to provide information or transfer caller to correct individual
- sort and process daily mail
- maintain schedules for multiple conference rooms
- accept time sensitive documents
- time stamp documents to ensure deadline has been met
- draft, review, edit, and complete a variety of documents
- create and distribute division newsletter
- order and maintain office supply inventory
- enter and process roofing repair work orders
- review and submit invoices for payment
- surplus equipment and furnishings as needed
- file and archive documents electronically and in hard copy
- retrieve documents as requested
- perform administrative duties for the construction side
