Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology or related field preferred
- Experience in the construction dewatering industry
- 10+ years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary

Job Duties
- Lead the area construction dewatering team according to the Branch Business Plan
- Obtain accurate market knowledge to develop dewatering services in the region
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer decision makers
- Oversee dewatering projects and operations in the region
- Support, control, and evaluate business development actions in the area
- Provide guidance, direction, coaching, and support to direct reports and area managers
- Ensure compliance with Keller and OSHA safety requirements
- Manage quality assurance processes and log quality non-conformance issues
- Exercise stop work authority for safety and quality issues
- Understand and comply with Keller risk management policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate major risks to the company
