Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred
  • experience in the construction dewatering industry
  • excellent computer skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the area construction dewatering team in accordance with the Branch Business Plan
  • obtain accurate market knowledge to develop dewatering services in the region
  • develop relationships with customer decision makers
  • oversee dewatering projects and operations in the region
  • support and evaluate business development actions
  • provide guidance, direction, coaching, and support to direct reports
  • address employee concerns and complaints appropriately
  • ensure compliance with Keller and OSHA safety requirements
  • ensure work is performed per contract quality requirements
  • log all quality non-conformance issues and notify management
  • exercise stop work authority for safety and quality issues
  • comply with Keller risk management policies
  • recognize and reduce major risks to the company
