Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
Associate degree required
Two years of related experience required
Thorough understanding of fundraising fundamentals
Proven track record of increasing fundraising revenue and growing donor engagements
Experience with professional social media management
Maintain attention to details
Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent diplomatic skills
Ability to organize and establish objectives and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experienced and/or willing to learn the adopted donor CRM for tracking all donor relations, including grant timelines, donor notes, fundraising campaigns, communication
Positive and professional communication skills
Strong organization and writing skills
Positive team member skills
Means and capacity to perform job-related duties with personal vehicle and cell phone

Job Qualifications

Associate degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two years of related experience required
Thorough understanding of fundraising fundamentals
Proven track record of increasing fundraising revenue and growing donor engagements
Experience with professional social media management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent diplomatic skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive and professional communication skills
Strong organization and writing skills
Positive team member skills
First Aid/CPR certified preferred
Hold a valid driver’s license
DHW Criminal Fingerprinting and Background Enhanced Certification
Clearance with the National Sex Offender Registry

Job Duties
