Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to adhere to dealership policies
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- detail-oriented mindset
- capable of performing quality control inspections
- knowledge of vehicle care best practices
Job Duties
- Train and assist other make-ready and detail techs
- maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies
- act as liaison between department staff and sales managers
- detail client vehicles as needed
- maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- note damage and notify service to file claims within 24 hours
- perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before frontline delivery
- coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
- attend department meetings
