The role of the Porter is crucial within our service team. The Porter is primarily responsible for porting customer vehicles throughout the repair process, ensuring that all vehicles are moved safely and efficiently between service bays, inspection areas, and customer pick-up points. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintain the workflow within the facility. In addition to moving vehicles, the Porter is tasked with washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they are returned to customers in pristine condition, reflecting the high standards of our company. Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility also falls under the Porter’s responsibilities, contributing to a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
