Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, international relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in destination planning or luxury travel
- Proven ability to manage international vendor relationships and contracts
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to travel internationally for business needs
- Proficiency in administrative software tools including Excel and CMS
- Ability to negotiate contracts and lead RFP processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, international relations, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in destination planning, luxury travel, or related roles
- Proven experience managing international vendors and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication skills with strong cross-cultural awareness
- Willingness to travel as required for destination scouting and program execution
- Strong administrative and technical skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CMS tools
Job Duties
- Design immersive and culturally authentic travel experiences annually
- Ensure experiences align with brand values of quality, exclusivity, sustainability, and innovation
- Conduct detailed research on destination culture, history, cuisine, and arts
- Engage local experts and artisans to deliver unique experiences
- Manage multiple vendors ensuring service quality and consistency
- Lead RFP processes, contract negotiations, and secure value-added benefits
- Coordinate itinerary scheduling and transportation logistics
- Collaborate with onboard teams and shore-based service providers for flawless execution
- Maintain program data in internal content management systems
