As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant operation, greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and sharing dessert specials. Your role is essential in accurately taking orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and handling payments efficiently. You will work collaboratively with our Suite Servers and Kitchen Staff to ensure a seamless dining experience that reflects the quality and standard Delaware North is known for. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous experience in cash handling and use of point-of-sale systems will be advantageous, though no formal educational degree is required. The role demands physical stamina as you will be on your feet for extended periods, lifting trays, walking, and maneuvering through the venue. Working evenings, weekends, and during special events will be part of your schedule, reflecting the dynamic nature of the sports and entertainment setting.
