With a focus on crafting high-quality, hand-made cookies and baked goods, Cookie Society combines traditional baking techniques with creative flavor explorations to provide unique, memorable desserts. Known for pushing the boundaries of flavor and texture, Cookie Society prides itself on using real butter and quality ingredients to achieve the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness in every cookie. The company currently operates three locations and plans to expand further, making it an exciting place to build or advance your career in the food production and baking sectors.

At Cookie Society, every employee is part of a community dedicated to excellence and innovation in dessert production. This role is ideal for someone passionate about baking and looking for opportunities to contribute to the growth of a local, rapidly expanding bakery brand. The work environment is high-volume and fast-paced, requiring stamina, focus, and attention to detail to maintain the product’s quality and consistency.

The Dessert Production Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of scratch-made specialty dessert items, including brownies, bars, cinnamon rolls, and other baked goods. This role involves not only baking but also accurately portioning, cutting, and packaging dessert products while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. The position requires a dependable individual who can follow established recipes and quality standards consistently and work effectively in a team setting with flexibility in scheduling. The role offers employment opportunities on a full-time, part-time, or temporary basis, with shifts available Monday through Sunday between 6 am and 9 pm, providing flexibility to fit different lifestyles. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.

Cookie Society values employees who bring positive attitudes and a commitment to quality, safety, and productivity. Candidates with prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience will find opportunities to grow and develop their skills, and those with or willing to obtain a food handlers card will be particularly well positioned. Physical stamina is important due to the demands of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering in a busy kitchen environment. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for maintaining seamless operations. Bilingual applicants, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply, reflecting Cookie Society's commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Working at Cookie Society means joining a vibrant team dedicated to delivering happiness one cookie at a time, in an environment that fosters both innovation and tradition in baking.
