Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including full and part-time hours
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including full and part-time shifts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Put finishing touches on desserts including glazing strawberries and adding whipped cream dollops
- Craft espresso beverages for guests
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dessert and beverage preparation areas
- Follow quality standards for dessert presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
