With more than 350 restaurants across the United States and Canada, the company operates several popular brands including The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, and Flower Child. Established as a staple in the restaurant industry, The Cheesecake Factory also manages a bakery division that produces high-quality cheesecakes and baked goods for its locations, international licensees, and other customers. Recognized consistently on Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list since 2014, The Cheesecake Factory prides itself on fostering an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic work environment that values diversity and growth. Employment opportunities span from front-of-house roles to specialized kitchen positions, offering both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours to accommodate employees' lifestyles.

The role of a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory is essential to the restaurant's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. This position involves being the friendly and skilled face behind a beautifully curated bakery case, where you will apply the finishing touches to the company’s famous cheesecakes and desserts. Typical responsibilities include glazing iconic strawberries, crafting perfect whipped cream dollops that impress guests, and preparing a range of espresso beverages that cater to a high-volume dining environment. Working in this demanding but rewarding role requires excellent attention to detail, speed, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

As a key member of the front-of-house team, a Dessert Finisher/Barista contributes not only to product presentation but also to elevating the overall dining experience by ensuring consistent quality and guest-focused service. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and can multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition to operational duties such as station setup, breakdown, and inventory management through proper labeling and product rotation, employees in this role support teamwork through effective communication. The Cheesecake Factory offers world-class training programs to promote personal and professional growth, along with career advancement opportunities, as many managers within the company are promoted from within.

Compensation for this role ranges from $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and skill. Benefits include paid vacation and sick time, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options with affordable premiums, access to virtual care and mental health services, and employee discounts on meals and retail perks. Additionally, The Cheesecake Factory provides a HELP Fund for employees facing hardships and fosters a community-oriented culture with opportunities to participate in charity and community events. This role is ideal for those passionate about hospitality, looking for a supportive employer who values their contributions and encourages advancement within the organization.
