The organization prides itself on fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment that embraces diverse identities, perspectives, and experiences. It is an equal opportunity employer committed to accessibility and providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.

As a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory, you become the friendly and skilled presence behind one of the most visually captivating sections of the restaurant—the bakery case. Your role centers on applying the finishing touches to the establishment’s iconic desserts, notably their well-loved cheesecakes. This includes expertly glazing their signature strawberries and crafting perfect whipped cream dollops that dazzle guests visually and add to the overall taste experience. Beyond dessert presentation, you will also be responsible for preparing specialty espresso beverages on a state-of-the-art machine, creating drinks that complement the menu and satisfy guest preferences.

This position encompasses being an integral part of a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment where providing consistent quality and elevated guest experiences remains the foremost priority. Working as a Dessert Finisher/Barista requires not only a fine eye for detail and artistic presentation but also the ability to maintain efficiency and composure in a fast-paced setting. You will be expected to uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, demonstrate awareness of food allergies, and follow precise handling and labeling protocols to maintain product quality and safety.

The Cheesecake Factory offers flexible scheduling to accommodate life’s demands, including full-time and part-time opportunities, with steady hours to ensure a balanced work-life integration. Employees benefit from a robust compensation package featuring competitive hourly wages ranging from $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, paid vacation and sick leave, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options starting affordably. Additional perks include faster pay access, generous meal discounts, mental health services, world-class training programs, and multiple career advancement opportunities with a proven track record of promoting from within. The company actively supports its employees' growth both personally and professionally through offerings such as GED and associate degree programs at no cost.

Joining The Cheesecake Factory means becoming part of an award-winning company culture that values respect, innovation, and hospitality excellence. Employee recognition programs, community involvement initiatives, and exclusive perks add to the rewarding work environment. If you have previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries, along with a keen attention to detail, adaptability in high-volume settings, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service while working as part of a dynamic team, this role offers a promising and fulfilling career path within a highly respected brand.
