This position offers steady work hours with flexible scheduling, available in both full-time and part-time capacities, catering to the employee's lifestyle needs. Compensation ranges between $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting both the skill and dedication required to maximize customer delight. The company emphasizes career advancement, offering world-class training programs, no-cost GED or Associate Degree programs, and promoting from within, making it an excellent place for those eager to grow professionally in the hospitality and food service industry. Beyond career growth, employees enjoy robust benefits including paid vacation, sick time, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options, along with mental health services and virtual care.
