With 353 restaurants operating across the United States and Canada, including other brands such as North Italia and Flower Child, the company continues to expand its influence globally with numerous licensed operations internationally. Its bakery division also plays a crucial role by producing quality cheesecakes and baked goods for restaurant locations and other clients, underscoring its dedication to excellence in both food production and service.
As a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory, you will become a valued member of a dynamic restaurant team, contributing to the guest experience by perfecting the presentation and finishing touches of desserts and beverages. Your role involves glazing iconic strawberries adorning their famous cheesecakes, crafting attractive whipped cream dollops, and preparing delicious espresso and specialty coffee beverages using professional equipment. This position requires an eye for detail, an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional, consistent quality. Beyond dessert finishing and barista duties, you’ll help maintain a clean and organized work station, adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, and support teamwork through effective communication.
The role offers steady hours with flexible scheduling options to accommodate full-time or part-time availability, making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting the skilled nature of the role. Additionally, employees benefit from perks such as discounts on meals, movies, gym memberships, and other lifestyle essentials. There’s also a special HELP Fund to support employees during hardship and chances to engage in community and charitable events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
