Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety
  • can-do attitude and positive demeanor
  • prior hospitality or barista experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or barista roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • put finishing touches on desserts including glazing strawberries and adding whipped cream dollops
  • craft espresso beverages for guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery case and work area
  • provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth operation
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
