Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or barista roles a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for handling payments and measurements
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Add finishing touches to cheesecakes and desserts including glazing strawberries and applying whipped cream
- Prepare espresso and other coffee beverages to company standards
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and beverage preparation area
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
