Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Availability to work full or part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or barista roles is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Put finishing touches on cheesecakes and desserts such as glazing strawberries
- Create perfect whipped cream dollops for dessert presentation
- Prepare delicious espresso beverages for guests
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
